What areas do you serve?
CaptureBot serves Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Events outside the core service area may include a travel fee, confirmed with your quote.
How is this different from a photo booth?
A photo booth waits in a corner. CaptureBot roams your venue, meeting guests where they are — capturing candid, high-energy moments throughout the event instead of a lineup in the lobby.
Do you photograph every guest?
CaptureBot works the entire room over your booked window, prioritizing high-energy areas. Guests can also approach the robot directly to capture their moment.
When do we get our photos?
Instant prints are delivered live at the event (with the print add-on). Your full digital gallery is delivered shortly after your event wraps.
Can you match our branding or wedding theme?
Yes — guests can choose from a curated set of pre-designed overlays and print templates, with styles suited to weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.

Meet the founders

CaptureBot started with two people who never put their cameras down. One of us has spent years behind the lens as a photographer and content creator; the other has always been pulled toward technology and AI. Together, we kept noticing the same thing at family events and celebrations: the best photos never came from posed lineups, they came from someone quietly roaming the room, camera in hand, catching people mid-laugh before they even realized a photo was being taken.

We built CaptureBot to bring that feeling to every event we work. No lines, no stiff poses, just a robot roaming the room the way your favorite camera-happy uncle or aunt always did, capturing moments exactly as they happen. Our goal has always been simple: great technology, genuine moments, and a community of clients who feel like they're part of something we truly care about.
