What areas do you serve?
CaptureBot serves Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Events outside the core service area may include a travel fee, confirmed with your quote.
How is this different from a photo booth?
A photo booth waits in a corner. CaptureBot roams your venue, meeting guests where they are — capturing candid, high-energy moments throughout the event instead of a lineup in the lobby.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Client cancellations convert 100% of payments into non-expiring CaptureBot credit — your money is never lost, it's banked for a future date. Reschedule requests just need to be made in writing. If a cancellation is ever caused by CaptureBot equipment failure, you receive a full cash refund plus a free reschedule option.
Do you photograph every guest?
CaptureBot works the entire room over your booked window, prioritizing high-energy areas. Guests can also approach the robot directly to capture their moment.
When do we get our photos?
Instant prints are delivered live at the event (with the print add-on). Your full digital gallery is delivered shortly after your event wraps.
Who owns the photos from our event?
You receive the full digital gallery for personal or event use. CaptureBot retains media and image rights for portfolio and promotional use — this is a standard condition of booking, outlined in the service agreement. If your event has privacy requirements, mention it in your inquiry and we'll discuss options.
Can you match our branding or wedding theme?
Yes — custom overlays, print frames, and on-screen styling are included in every package. Send us your colours, logo, or theme and we handle the rest.
